About the Board
Forest Hills Condominium Owners Association is managed by a three-member Board of Directors, dully elected by a vote of the Owners, serving three-year staggered terms. One position on the Board is up for election each year at the Annual Owners Meeting and Election in April of each year. Ahead of such Annual Meeting and Election, a Nominating Committee consisting of Owners forms to nominate those Owners who wish to run for election to a seat on the Board to be a candidate in the upcoming election. Owners wishing to run may inform the Nominating Committee by completing a Nomination Form which will be provided to all Owners by mail no more than 60 and no fewer than 45 days ahead of the date of the election. Owners not present at the Annual Meeting and Election may vote by proxy by completing the Proxy Voting Form provided to all Owners no more than 40 and no fewer than 30 days ahead of the election. Forms must be completed and returned to G.S. Phillips & Co. in accordance with the timeframe instructed on the form. The Board contracts with G.S. Phillips & Co. Inc. to provide the Association with professional Association Management services. Our Community Manager is Greg Phillips, CMCA, AMS.
